1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using the JuzoGO platform, you (“User”) agree to abide by these Terms of Service and acknowledge the following legal consents and agreements.
2. Platform Role & Liability Waiver
- JuzoGO Technologies is a technology provider only and does not offer transportation services.
- JuzoGO is not liable for any incidents, accidents, disputes, or damages arising from interactions between drivers and riders.
- Users acknowledge that JuzoGO does not determine ride pricing; negotiations occur directly between riders and drivers.
3. User Agreements & Platform Rights
- JuzoGO retains full rights to suspend, restrict, or ban any user at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for policy violations, safety concerns, or suspected fraud.
- Users waive any right to dispute platform suspensions and acknowledge that access to the platform is a privilege, not a right.
4. Independent Contractor Agreement
- Drivers acknowledge they are independent contractors and not employees of JuzoGO Technologies.
- JuzoGO is not responsible for driver wages, benefits, or tax filings.
5. Third-Party Payment Processing
- All payments and transactions on JuzoGO are processed through third-party financial institutions and banks.
- Users acknowledge that JuzoGO does not store or process payments and so is not responsible for failed transactions or payment disputes.
6. AI Decision-Making & Data Usage
- Users consent to the use of AI-driven matching, pricing suggestions, and fraud detection mechanisms.
- Users understand that pricing suggestions are algorithm-based and do not represent fixed fares.z
- Drivers and riders agree to AI-generated ratings and feedback visibility.
7. Indemnification & Legal Protection
- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JuzoGO from any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from their use of the platform.
- Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against JuzoGO.
- Any disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration under Georgia law.
8. Consent for Data Collection & Storage
- Users consent to the collection and secure storage of their persona, and ride-related data for operational purposes.
- Users may opt out of promotional communications but must agree to core operational data storage to use the platform.
9. Agreement to Ride Safety & Insurance Policy
- Drivers acknowledge that they must maintain valid personal or commercial ride-share insurance as required by Georgia’s TNC laws.
- JuzoGO is not liable for insurance claims, accidents, or ride disputes.
10. Amendments & Updates
- JuzoGO reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
